RÜCKGABE, UMTAUSCH & ERSTATTUNG

Du kannst Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurücksenden, sofern sie unbenutzt und im Originalzustand sind.

Nach Erhalt und Prüfung der Rücksendung erstatten wir dir den Kaufpreis. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung sind vom Kunden zu tragen und werden nicht erstattet.

Bitte gib deine Bestellnummer an und sende uns ein Foto des beschädigten Artikels. Wir prüfen jeden Fall individuell und bemühen uns, gemeinsam eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
